Responsibilities include assisting in managing the day-to-day activities of hotel events and the audio visual operations. Oversees the workflow of Technicians and Coordinators, enhances customer relations and creates reports and schedules for the staffing activity.

Ideal candidates should have prior audio visual experience in a hospitality environment. Demonstrated success with a/v equipment sales and impeccable customer service skills are necessary. Working knowledge of the latest audio visual equipment, as well as, excellent organizational and communication skills is necessary.
