Director - Order Management Data, Reporting & Analysis

Warner Bros. Entertainment Inc. seeks a Director – Order Management Data, Reporting & Analysis for the Sales Planning & Analysis department. Position will define Best Practices in KPI reporting and service level scorecards. Maintain and advance Reporting Roadmap and future design objectives. Ensure data integrity of reporting in any/all systems. Acts as department champion to identify, prioritize, develop, and implement system improvements related to data/reporting. Ensure KPI’s are developed and delivered on time. Develop central repository for historical data to be stored and available. Responsible for any/all Ad Hoc Data retrieval and analysis. Onboard new accounts to similar reporting methodologies. Oversees resets, pulldown/returns and promotion analysis. Provides information required for Global Reporting. Plan and implement strategic projects. Communicate both functionally and technically, between Business and Technical support departments. Attend/Lead daily, weekly, monthly meetings as required. Ensure data issues are effectively communicated and resolved. Deliver Analysis or Reporting to requestors on inventory or service levels. Provide strategic direction to the business or customers for improving. Efficiency or Reducing Costs, thru in depth analysis. Hiring, Training, PPR’s. Work load balancing (daily and strategic). Career pathing and employee development.

Requirements
BA/BS and/or undergraduate degree in business, accounting, math, statistics or engineering required. MBA preferred. Engineering, Supply chain experience in a consumer packaged goods environment, and/or Statistics/Analysis training strongly preferred. 5-7 years of related business analysis/reporting experience required. Strong Retail Management or Supply Chain/Logistics experience preferred. CPG background a strong plus. SAP ERP experience a strong plus. Must be able to tackle challenging, unfamiliar problems creatively and efficiently. Computer Skills: Advanced proficiency with Word, Excel, and Access. Experience with Business Objects, PowerPoint and/or RetailLink a plus. Highly proficient in pivot tables, data mining and automating reporting as systems allow. Strong understanding of statistical, mathematical and algorithmic concepts and the ability to employ these skills to real problems. Familiarity with forecasting and supply chain concepts a plus. Demonstrated experience extracting and segmenting data to facilitate analysis. Demonstrated ability to analyze volumes of data to determine business implications and make actionable recommendations. Clearly articulated understanding of supply chain principles and retail operations. Experience managing others. Ability to present findings confidently to management and to customers. Must have strong interpersonal and communication skills both oral and written. Must be extremely organized and detail oriented. Must have the ability to work in a fast paced and high volume work environment. Must have the ability to handle multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy. Understanding of systems and ability to communicate data software needs to assist in system development. Any SQL programming experience and SAS experience a plus. Must have the ability to communicate effectively and tactfully with all levels of personnel. Must be self motivated and work solely on data and databases. Must have the ability to work in a team environment. Must have the ability to pay close attention to detail and understand written and oral instruction. Must have the ability to organize and schedule work effectively. Must have the ability to work well under time constraints and meet daily/weekly deadlines. Must be able to take requests from multiple sources & prioritize based upon business needs.
