CITY: New York STATE: New YorkCOUNTRY: USAEssential Functions (Responsibilities):Operate compressors, refrigeration and air conditioning equipment, pumps, fans and all other equipment associated with or appurtenant to the facility and plant.

Job Responsibilities to include but not limited to:Will perform daily assignments independently as required by supervisors scheduled maintenanceWork order assignmentsWill be responsible for maintaining all necessary records and logs, and keeping the plant and work areas in safe, clean, and operable condition.Must be proficient in the use of tools, methods and materials associated to the maintenance of HVAC and all associated equipment. Will possesses a working knowledge of plumbing and electrical systems and both electronic and pneumatic controls.Qualifications/Requirements:

Basic QualificationsHigh School Diploma or EquivalentValid NYCFD Certificate of QualificationHVAC Refrigeration licenseC.F.C. Universal Certificate
