Our dynamic new-media company is looking for a contract administrator to help our small but busy legal department track and manage contracts and licenses for the company.

 

Responsibilities

 

· Organize and administer all WorldNow licenses and contracts.

· Monitor licenses, contract renewals and exercised options.

· Follow up regarding contract executions and expiration dates.

· Preparing status reports for management regarding renewals, expiration dates and extensions for all contracts and licenses.

 

Qualifications

 Superior organizational skills.The right person will be a positive and upbeat person, organized, resourceful, adaptable, personable, and possess good judgment and decision-making skills.Intermediate knowledge of Word, Outlook, and Excel.Bachelor’s Degree required.No previous experience required.Recent college graduates are encouraged to apply.
