This position handles client service inquiries associated with proprietary entertainment industry data and applications [books, videos, games, ring tones, music, radio]. Answers all basic and routine client inquiries as well as complex client issues and/or concerns requiring interpretation, investigation, resolutions, and follow up. Develops and maintains training materials. Conduct telephone and on site customer training. Utilizes computer applications to provide professional service and track customer satisfaction.Responsibilities will include:- Setting up & maintaining accounts in client database- Troubleshooting client issues- Researching client questions- Maintaining Databases- Answering phones- Responsibility of running reports as needed- General office support as neededQualifications- Working knowledge of DOS and Windows- Internet literate- Excellent attention to detail- Good organizational skills & communication skills- Ability to work in a fast paced environment- Ability to work with all levels of staff and management- Team player- Flexible working hours a must - Ability to multitask and prioritize projects- Strong work ethic and desire to learn- Strong follow up skills and ability to troubleshoot
