Position is responsible for coordinating production services driven by client requirements. Position will liaise directly with Productions and clients to coordinate the various steps needed to prepare content for servicing such as: video & audio mastering, foreign language dubbing & subtitling, editing, file encoding, & digital delivery. Position will be responsible for short & long form content ranging from series/MFTs, Digital, Mobile, Added Value, Trailers, & EPKs. Position will maintain communication between internal departments, outside vendors, and clients to ensure that servicing requirements are fulfilled.

% 1.  Liaise with productions to coordinate delivery of content.

 

 

· Update internal systems with content data.

· Place purchase orders with internal and external vendors.

· Coordinate content mastering, retrieval, editing, localization, encoding, transcoding, & delivery to client specifications (including content review & approval).

· Communicate estimated completion dates, delays, and issues to internal clients.

· Attend and participate in regular status and production meetings with internal staff and clients.

Experience: 2 – 3 years of project management and/or video servicing experience

Knowledge of: 

Creation & delivery of video, audio and digital materials.  Industry developments (clients, competitors, technology) by reading trade press, SPE news clippings, discussions with internal and external clients. 

 

Skill In:

General computer applications; such as Microsoft Office.

 

Ability To:

Make decisions with limited supervisor input and successfully manage deadlines. Organize data from variety of sources and communicate information in a clear, professional manner.
