We are seeking a “Customer Service Conversion Representative� for our “Tampa, FL facility.�Job Responsibilities: • Contacting office throughout the country that currently subscribe to the Accent Health Patient Education System, requesting that they convert to digital technology and sign an extended contract.• Inside phone position.• Expected to close a certain number of contracts per month or the modified quota as notified by management. • Expected to dial a minimum of 80 dials per day on average.• Database management• Maintain detailed notes of all activities regarding contacts within database.• Responsible for all updates and for maintaining data cleansing within his or her own territory.Job Qualifications:• Minimum one year experience upselling.• Experience working in technical environment preferred such as with DSL service provider.• Excellent customer service skills.• Ability to work with cross functional teams• Computer (PC) proficiency with Microsoft Applications.• Must be able to present new product and close sales• Excellent relationship building abilities • Strong problem solving and technical skills, comfortable with technology• Excellent phone voice• Team orientated• Ability to prioritize and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.We offer competitive pay and benefits program, including: medical, dental & vision coverage, vacation & sick leave, 401(k), company health screenings and more.To apply for this position please visit our website at http://www.ascentmedia.com/careers/ Ascent Media is an Equal Opportunity Employer.Requirements: Educational/Technical Requirements:• High School Diploma.
