Sells Comcast products and services and writes contracts for bulk service to new and/or existing businesses, housing developments, hotels, condominiums, hospitals, nursing homes, etc. Selling is the primary responsibility of this position and is conducted regularly and customarily at the customer's place of business and/or operation. Responsible for accurate input of all sales information into computer for all affected accounts. May serve as a company representative at community events and coordinate company involvement in such events.

Required Skills:
1. High school diploma or equivalent required. Associates degree or Bachelors degree preferred. Cable industry knowledge in all areas preferred.

2. Outside sales experience with demonstrated ability to close a sale successfully. Sales experience in commercial setting or business-to-business preferred.

3. Demonstrated presentation skills to effectively interact in a medium to large group sales settings.

4. Demonstrated persuasion and negotiation skills to positively influence customers to purchase Comcast products and services. Must also have the ability to handle rejection and be persistent.

5. Demonstrated time management and organization skills to set priorities and be effective in a high demand sales environment.

6. Demonstrated written and oral communication skills to effectively prepare written correspondence and communicate with customers by telephone.

7. Proficiency in standard software packages and use of personal computers to include the Microsoft Office suite of products. Requires reliable self-transportation and extensive regional driving.

8. Able to lift 50 - 70 pounds occasionally for delivery of contract materials, equipment or literature and moving and setting-up sales displays; Able to move freely through new build/construction.
