The Associate Business Analyst works on a team of analysts whose main purpose is to meet the advertising objectives of SEM (Search Engine Marketing) clients while maintaining the financial goals of the Company. The Associate Business Analyst works in a supportive role to Senior Business Analysts, providing a team-based approach to SEM campaign analysis. The Associate Business Analyst's responsibilities will be analytical in nature and involve completing projects in line with the team's objectives of evaluating offers, developing deals, delivering campaigns, and retaining clients.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
* Work with Business Analysts and Senior Business Analysts, sales staff, and clients to develop effective online advertising campaigns for prospective deals.
* Manage existing campaigns to meet client and Company objectives, as well as recommend opportunities for growth.
* Use both MS Office and proprietary tools to complete ad hoc projects related to team's goals of optimizing campaign performance.

Skills:
* Strong analytical and problem solving skills and abilities.
* Understanding of basic mathematical concepts.
* Strong communication and client relationship skills.
* Strong interest in PC applications and the Internet, particularly in SEM.
* Ability to maintain own work flow and meet deadlines.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
* Ability to work harmoniously and effectively as part of a work team.

Education / Experience:
* Bachelor's degree in Economics, Mathematics, Engineering or a related field or demonstrated strength in such disciplines.
* 1 - 3 years experience.
* Or relevant combination of education and experience.
