If you are looking for a career position that lets you shine as a Professional in the industry, we need to talk.  The Project Manager's education and background will include:  Minimum of 5 years of experience with full responsibility for project management, scheduling, subcontractor interaction/communication, P&L, client communication, up-selling, problem resolution, final quality control check off and training and hand off to the client. 100% satisfied that the system is installed and designed as the customer requested. Expert knowledge of video conferencing technology and the major vendors supplying the industry. Expert knowledge of the power of effective control systems such as Crestron and AMX. Huge plus if certified in either or both disciplines. Proven track record with the ability to coordinate the installation of multiple projects, new building and retrofit installations expertise is needed. Detailed oriented, excellent organizational skills, ability to prioritize activities on a daily basis, self starter who can operate with minimal direction and thrives on the challenges created by this type of position. Must have solid documentation skills, updating project files and reporting to your manager in a timely manner. Ideally you have a college degree and your CTS certification. CTS-I or CTS-D a plus. AutoCAD or Visio experience another plus.
