Daily communication with other team members via Skype (VoIP), AIM, Cell and other methods is required. Some customer support and in-field debugging is also required. The work week is flexible. You are generally expected to be available between 8 am and 5 pm, but may take a 2-hour lunch and work nights. Compensation is commensurate with experience and displayed qualifications. Their software makes extensive use of distributed systems theory in order to allow colleges to share videos with other colleges, TV stations, new media outlets, and consumers.
