Administrative/Production Coordinator - Internet Publishing
Internet division of a growing Chicago-based business-to-business publishing firm offers outstanding opportunity for administrative/production coordinator for a broad suite of web-based products in a fast-paced environment in our new offices in Milford, CT.
Position combines assisting publisher, editors and production managers in producing daily and weekly online publications, website content management, ad tracking/reporting and sales support/customer service. Some administrative/office management tasks included.
Ideal candidate must have impeccable organizational skills, excellent people skills, must excel in task management and should have an interest in developing a career in publishing and Internet-based communications. Working knowledge of MS Excel required; basic HTML and Photoshop skills a plus; web development or design skills or experience a big plus.
Benefits package includes health plan, 401(k), bonus.
