Ad Sales Marketing Specialist

Southern Division / Nashville, TN

Major Duties and Responsibilities
• Coordinate client-driven interactive campaigns including production, distribution to platform, tracking, inventory management, and reporting.
• Gather research information & data from available sources to assist sales in positioning the Interactive Products to customers.
• Issue timely release to sales staff on all client campaign reports.
• Encode and verify that VOD content in proper market.
• Assist in developing marketing one sheets for Interactive products to generate local ad sales revenue.
• Travel with salespeople in each office to client meetings, and help present and sell interactive products.
• Help train salespeople on how to sell online properties and Video On Demand.
• Plan and execute sales-related communication and updates.
• Attend weekly sales meetings, and provide update.
• Develop & maintain good working relationship with NFC.
• Be available to sales AE's and Managers to answer questions, provide information & train on products.
• Coordinate flow of information between Digital Sales Manager and sales teams.
• Adaptable to change.
• Ability to multi-task.
• Proficiency of Microsoft Office, including excel and power point.
• Punctual, regular, and consistent attendance is required.
• Must be available for overtime or extended hours, as needed.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.



Required Skills:
Minimum Requirements
Experience:
• Minimum of 1-3 years related experience.
(Some weekend/evening work is necessary.)
• Retail or customer support resolving business issues.
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
Education:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, preferred
