Job Description:

Seeking an experienced concrete structures estimator. 

The structures estimator will work with the estimating team on large commercial and healthcare projects in the $15M - $100M range.

Responsibilities

Duties will include working with the pre-construction team, Architects, and Engineers from design and throughout the pre-construction period to review and make recommendations on constructibility, cost, schedule and value engineering. Prepare estimates and solicit subcontractor quotes and participation on projects.

Job Requirements:

Candidate must have a minimum of 10 years experience working for a GC that self -performed concrete formwork or a concrete frame subcontractor as an estimator.

A degree is not required but a solid knowledge of multi-level concrete and formwork estimating is essential.

Strong working knowledge of computers and estimating software is a must.

Company Benefits

Compensation for this position will be $100K - $120K depending on applicants experience and abilities. Full benefits package including 401K and healthcare is included along with a generous bonus program. Reasonable relocation expenses will be paid.
