We are the sole US manufacturing subsidiary of Eppendorf AG, a world leader in laboratory instruments and consumables for biotechnology research, headquartered in Hamburg, Germany.

 

Our 24-hour operation incorporates the latest technology and best materials to produce safe, precise and reliable tips for life science and clinical research.  Injection molding takes place in clean-room conditions that have obtained ISO certification.

 Work Cell Technician

 Job Description

 

·  Setup and startup of packing lines such as label printers and shrink-wrap machines.

·  Troubleshoot and improve product quality, packaging, productivity and processes.

·  Assist in machine, mold and automation troubleshooting, repair and preventative maintenance program.

·  Maintenance mold history records, executing and documenting preventive maintenance for machines and automation equipment.

·  Weekly 38/48 hour rotation, 12 hours shifts in a 24/7 operation.  Night Shift 6:45 pm to 7:00 am available.  Work every other weekend, 3 days off.

 Skills and Education

 

·  High School Diploma and three to five years' hands-on experience as a molding technician with state-of-the-art molding equipment.

·  Must  have good communication skills
