VPF and CFO

VP Finance & CFO - North Carolina 

 

A major private equity backed research and consulting company with revenues of $500 million and rapidly growing is seeking a top level VPF/CFO to partner with the CEO in the financial, operational, and strategic growth of the company.

 

We are seeking a bright and highly talented CPA with prior experience in both Big Four practice management and private industry.  The ideal candidate will be capable of fully integrating the financial, accounting and systems functions of multiple companies by creating and instituting new policies and procedures and converting the financial and systems platform to a single common reporting system. 

 

This attractive opportunity requires strong leadership, financial and operational skills and the ability to manage and supervise through others, all consolidated financial reporting, metric reporting of key business indicators, management of lending relationships with 25+ banks, management of the company debt strategy, corporate tax, audit, management of the corporate insurance program, treasury systems, cash management, investments, and other financial and accounting activities in order to present a comprehensive and accurate review of financial results of operations to shareholders and lenders. 

 

In addition, the VPF/CFO will be involved in the identification, review and selection of potential acquisition candidates, review and evaluation of IPO feasibility, and oversee all corporate operations outside of finance including HR, Legal, Information Technology, Corporate Development and Administration.

 

Our client is offering a lucrative compensation and benefit package consisting of a base salary in the $250-300,000 range plus bonus of up to 75% of base, equity, auto, club memberships, paid health insurance, and a generous 401-K and retirement plan.
