Job Description US Sales Director Job Title:  US Sales Director Reports To:  General Manager Group/Division:  Global Chemicals Bioscience Career Band:  V  Location:  BridgewaterDay/Shift:  1st shift FLSA Status:   Exempt  Position Summary: To provide the sales leadership to Fisher Chemicals Americas’ business, and, as a key member of the business leadership team, drive the to line growth of the business in line with the business strategy.  Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:  Develop and deliver the annual financial plan (sales, margin, and fixed expenses)Lead the development of customer strategies, drive implementationManage the Americas’ sales team, provide training and development, motivation, target objectives, etcDrive product launches into customer base, deliver revenue related to new productsDrive the implementation of marketing initiatives, deliver revenue related to initiativesManage channels to customer base (directed by marketing); includes use of Fisher distribution, third party distribution, catalog, tele-selling, e-channels.Lead in the coordination and interpretation of field-based competitive information to develop a clear understanding of competitor strategies.Execute pricing strategiesDevelop annual budgets and forecasts; ensure team delivers in line with projectionsDesign and implement sales compensation plans, in coordination with HRTake a leadership role in routine communication processes with sales team, distribution colleagues, etcLead the Chemicals input to RFP’s, develop and implement RFP strategiesDrive Fisher Chemicals involvement in trade shows, promotional events, and conferences to ensure positioning of the business in the eyes of customers.Lead key account coordination processes with other regional teams (Europe and Asia) to ensure alignment against customer needsContribute to the design and implementation of CRM processes  Non-Negotiable Hiring Criteria:   Excellent Communication Skills: Demonstrates maturity in dealing with conflict etc.; superior communication skills including listening, verbal and written Strategic capability: Must be able to indentify critical success factors internally and externally needed to achieve sales plan.
