Training Systems Specialist
The Opportunity:Act as primary support contact to all end-users and administrators for technical and functional related issues regarding the LMS, Sharepoint and Lotus Notes training systemsDevelop processes and define the scope of the user management function for all portaland user options within LMSCorrect technical problems and work towards continuous improvement
Requirements:1 – 3 years of experience in a progressive systems administrator environmentStrong process and project management skillsExperience with Learn.com or other LMS system is preferredWorking knowledge of MS OfficeExcellent verbal and written communicative skills
