Analyse non-standard problems, develop technical solutions to meet each problem. Perform user training, work with other IT teams to develop and implement solutions. Provide support to networking, hardware, software or application deployment efforts. Work with IT Service Desk to analyse and develop solutions to on-going problems. Develop documentation for user community and other IT departments. Perform system/hardware upgrades. Advanced experience administrating multi-systems/network environment. Advanced experience adminis'tration infrastructure. Familiar with networking topologies and TCP/IP, protocols in a WAN environment. BS or equivalent. Comprehensive experience required. RESPOND HERE!
