Technical Training Manager

We are seeking a Technical Training Manager to join our team in Parsippany, NJ!

 

Summary:  Establishes and provides comprehensive training support to all internal and external customers represented in the All Americas Division of Stago.

 

Job Duties:Primary liaison/contact for AAD to parent company in France regarding technical issues such as software, hardware, applications, reagents, as this information applies to internal validation and internal as well as external training as needed.Provides Technical Evaluation and Acceptance recommendations for AAD partners.Develops procedures for validation of new software/hardware, adaptations, instruments, reagents, etc.Communicates with parent company on any issues observed during local validation process.Assists Marketing in roll out of new products (instruments, reagents, software/hardware etc.) Staffs and trains team of technical support personnel involved in customer training.Provides training for all hotline personnel in order to assure comprehensive product knowledge.Responsible for training programs for all internal and external customers.Develops and implements training programs for AAD regions outside of US.Interacts with Advanced Support Experts to assure accurate, comprehensive and timely training.Coordinates training activities with Marketing and Sales for such events as National meetings and Regional meetings.Responsible for training budget.Ability to travel to implement and monitor all training within the AAD.Interact with parent company in developing new training programs.Advises parent company on user and technical documentation.

·  Strong personal computer skills, including knowledge of MS Office Suite & database software

 

Education & Requirements:

·  Bachelor’s degree in Medical Technology or related field from an accredited four-year college or university

·  Minimum ten years experience preferred

·  Knowledge of hemostasis and training experience required
