Molecular Insight Pharmaceuticals, Inc., located in Cambridge, MA, is a growing biopharmaceutical company specializing in the emerging field of molecular medicine, applying innovations in the identification and targeting of disease at the molecular level to improve patient healthcare by addressing significant unmet medical needs.

We are currently seeking a detail-oriented professional to assist Program Managers to coordinate, track, plan, and assess needs for project tasks, schedules, resources, budgets, and reports for all programs. The main focus of this role is to provide back-end support for all of the Program Management activities. The Technical Project Coordinator will process a wide variety of task level and administrative requests supporting the program management team.

Specifically, you will perform or supervise the following activities:Assist in implementation and management of program plans, resources, and budgets in system Provide administrative support for system Be a technical liaison with Information Technology on system implementation and maintenance, creation of process documents and flow diagrams, creation of training materials, provide end-user training, and creation of program metric and progress reports Liaise with Program Managers and Finance to prepare financial forecasts and budgets Follow-up on program-related variances Assist Program Managers in program monthly pipeline reporting Attend program team meetings to gain an understanding of the programs and team dynamics Document and administer meeting minutes Prepare associated meeting materials Assist development and implementation of additional department process development initiatives

This position requires:A B.S. degree or equivalent with 2-4 years of project and portfolio management experience in a biotechnology, pharmaceutical, or related field Experience in implementation of enterprise-type project management systems Understanding of drug development The ability to work in a challenging environment with frequent interruptions, changing priorities and deadlines, and with multiple Program Managers on varied programs and department initiatives
 High level of proficiency with word-processing, spreadsheet and project management software. (i.e. MS Project, MS Project/Project Server, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)Excellent interpersonal, problem solving, and written/verbal communication skills
