We're part of a team that's making a difference in the quality of people's lives.Think What's Possible.·Federal and State estimated tax calculations·Federal and State income tax returns and extensions·Preparation of the FAS 109 quarterly and year-end tax provision ·Preparation of Sales and Use tax returns and associated review of use tax system·Tax account reconciliations and documentation as per SOX requirements·Assist in analysis of complex or unique transactions in order to optimize the Company's tax position and substantiate any new positions taken. Keep informed on statutes, regulations and accounting changes affecting the preparation and filing of Federal, state and local returns.·Continually review existing processes and procedures for more efficient data gathering, return preparation and documentation. ·Perform special tax projects, planning or projections as requested by managementQualificationsExperience:·Prefer 5+ years experience in large corporate organization or public accounting.·Sound experience and understanding of FAS 109.·Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously to successful completion in a deadline driven environment.·Must be detail oriented, organized and have demonstrably strong analytical and problem solving skills.·Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills.·SAP and InSource tax software application knowledge is a plus. ·Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications.Education:·Bachelor's degree in accounting ·CPA and/or MS Tax preferred
