Under general direction, provides direct supervision to the department in order to maintain and improve the functionality and appearance of Allergan Medicals buildings, building components and production equipment. Position Requirements AA/AS degree or 5 to 10 years practical experience in the areas of facility operations, repair and maintenance of process equipment. Strong knowledge of HVAC equipment and controls, knowledge of electrical power distribution systems. Minimum of 2 years experience managing mechanics and electricians required. 5 years work experience in the area GMP regulating operations preferred. Strong leadership capabilities. Strong practical hands on mechanical equipment and systems experience. Ability to train mechanics in operations and troubleshooting. Troubleshooting HVAC systems. In depth knowledge of Siemens Building Management System that includes programming and report generating capabilities preferred. Must have strong communication skills, both oral and written.
