Position Description:

Provide effective leadership and supervision for production personnel on a high throughput biotechnology production line.Tasks and responsibilities:•Ensure production goals are met for the third shift of Array Manufacturing,•Schedule and manage resources, track and report results, troubleshoot issues, train employees, and implement process improvements for a high throughput biotechnology production line,•Coordinate with Quality, Engineering, Shipping, and Manufacturing groups to deliver results.•Work third shift with weekends required and,•Other duties as may be determined by Management.All listed tasks and responsibilities are deemed as essential functions to this position; however, business conditions may require reasonable accommodations for additional task and responsibilities.Preferred educational background:•High School diploma or equivalent required; Associates and/or Bachelors degree preferred,•One to three years of supervisory experience and 5+ years of experience in a production environment required,•Preference given to third shift and/or 24/7 management experience,•Candidate should show ability to succeed in a data driven, metric oriented, rapidly expanding production line,•Excellent communication, leadership and interpersonal skills required,•Must thrive in a team oriented environment.Preferred experiential background:Knowledge and skills typically acquired through previous positions in fast-paced corporate environments which involved responsibility for similar work.
