We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Study Coordinator within our Laboratory Sciences Division in our new, state-of-the-art facility in Shrewsbury, MA, just 45 minutes west of Boston.

In this key role, you will coordinate and schedule scientific activities for all GLP and non-GLP studies.  You will also track project information and update the status in the project information database; monitor studies in collaboration with scientific staff and in compliance with applicable regulations; assist the scientific staff with coordination of data submissions to QA and draft reports to sponsors; as well as assist in the coordination of  sponsor visits for study related issues.

You should have three or more years related experience in a GLP laboratory facility with knowledge of site SOPs and policies.  

 

You must be proficient with standard Microsoft applications.  It is essential for you to have strong verbal and written communication skills.  You should be highly organized, while having the ability to work in a dynamic, deadline-driven environment. You must also have the ability to interact professionally with clients and all levels of employees, and work effectively as a team member.

 

A bachelor's degree (B.S./B.A.) Bachelor’s degree (B.A./B.S.) or equivalent in a scientific discipline is required.
