Statistical/Mathematical Programmer

At least 2 years of experience programming in statistics or math area. Strongly prefer experience with SAS, SPSS or Matlab programming. Knowledge of Java, C, Perl and .Net very helpful. Prefer experience working in toxicology, clinical trials or other scientific field such as chemistry, biology or engineering. Excellent oral and written communication skills needed. Responsible for analyzing data, assisting with report writing, data management and other programming tasks. Should be able to interact with clients in order to get requirements for programming and convert requirements into programs· Understanding of data management skills · Proficient in developing one's own code as well as modifying existing code· Demonstrated capability for developing and implementing approaches which are appropriate, complete and adequate for meeting project goals · Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously · Demonstrated ability to participate effectively within a multidisciplinary environment and desire to improve skills are essential.· Very good organizational and technical reporting skills that reflect information in a clear manner· Flexible to changing priorities, detail-oriented, initiative to take on unfamiliar tasksSAS, SPSS, Matlab, R, S or similar software packages is requiredTo learn more about SRA International, go to www.sra.com.SRA International is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
