Staff Accountant - SOX Compliance - 1 to 2 years exp needed!

Company near the Exton AreaHas an Immediate Opening for STAFF ACCOUNTANT  They are ideally looking for someone with 1 – 2 years of accounting experience, but would also consider recent college grads with a GPA above a 3.0. In this position you will have an integral role in the company, contributing to Sarbanes Oxley Compliance. Responsibilities: Ensure accounting group’s compliance with stated SOX controls through monitoring of monthly, quarterly, and annual controls. Assist in the design and documentation of key accounting and finance internal controls and update SOX documentation to ensure all documentation stays current. Act as a liaison between the accounting department and the external/internal audit groups to ensure effective communication and support of audit efforts throughout the year.
