Supports the metrics and process integrity initiatives for the Training, Compliance and Procedures organizations. Utilizes subject matter expertise for Tracking Databases/IT solutions. Support function for Information Systems for Training, Compliance and Procedures organizations. Assist in facilitation, coordination and management of tracking/trending metrics solutions. Responsible for Development/Management for all Databases/Systems for Compliance, Procedures and Training groups including: Maintain administration over IT solution tools- (e.g. Quick place set up and maintenance, website facilitator for Compliance and Procedures Webpage, Documentum, Tracking Databases) Liaison with IT on robust systems that are outside scope of Excel or Access. Central key contact for reports and metrics for procedures, compliance and training metrics for the function (i.e., CoC Compliance Reports/ Procedures Metrics Reports/IT reporting tools) Compile and Develop RAPV operations Senior Mgmt Review (Compiles Metrics with key individuals, coordinates meetings for approval, creates folder structure for key decisions) Develop and disseminate monthly metrics for Compliance/Procedures/Training Metrics. Maintain Metrics Documentation Work closely with RAO Project Mgmt Team to implement scorecards and process metric tools to ensure robust and efficient metrics data for the operations function. Project Administrator for Compliance, Procedures and Training related projects. Liaison/SME to provide training and assistance for any Compliance and Procedures system/databases. Contributes to an environment that fosters collaboration, trust, regulatory excellence, creativity and initiative. QUALIFICATIONS: Experience with information management systems (e.g. Documentum, Quickplace) Hands on experience with information systems/databases Understanding and Knowledge on metrics/key indicators/process improvement tools Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite software Excellent organizational skills and very strong attention to detail Ability to work under strict deadlines and changing priorities with minimal supervision Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate with team members and customers at all levels of the organization.
