The Sr. QA Analyst will develop and implement aseptic quality programs, policies and procedures for the clinical manufacture of aseptic drug products and solutions that include commissioning && qualification, validation, revalidation, root cause analysis (including sterility failures), and aseptic risk management. Reviews and approves aseptic validation and qualification documents in support of clinical products at the Jacksonville Campus. This position also contributes to due diligence related to aseptic projects. A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in a scientific or technical/engineering discipline is required; a Master's Degree is preferred. Must have a minimum of 3 years experience in a relevant cGMP, quality assurance position within an FDA regulated environment; a minimum of 2 of those years must have been spent within a biopharmaceutical or pharmaceutical company. Experience in aseptic filling and processing is preferred. Must have the ability to exercise independent judgment in making decisions to assure product quality. Strong organizational skills to coordinate multiple projects in a demanding, fast-paced environment are required. Must have demonstrated organization and communication skills along with interpersonal effectiveness. Must have strong technical and analytical skills to identify and solve problems.
