Our Client – a growing chemical company, need two Process controls engineers for their corporate HQ location with DCS/HMI programming experience in Process Plants. Excellent Salary and relocation   Job Posting #: 1112 Job Title: Sr. Process Controls Engineer   QTY: 2 positions Location: Easton, PA Relocation: Yes   Overnight Travel: 15 %  Compensation: Salary of $80k - $110k + Bonus up to 6 % (based on Co. and personal Performance) __________________________________________________________________________________ Company Info: A publicly held growing chemical company with $ 10 + billion in sales and 20,000 employees world wide is looking for a Process Controls Engineer at its corporate / HQ location, designing control systems for projects at both domestic and international locations. Note1: The typical automation systems include SIEMENS PCS – 7 PAS, Integrated Safety System and SIEMENS HMI. Note2: The typical system includes analog process control, digital interlocks and critical safety interlocks complying with IEC 61511.  Typical I/O counts are in the 1000 to 2000 point range. 50-60 %: Design and program control systems for the chemical industries with emphasis on DCS and HMI systems.  Work with project teams, external vendors, engineering contractors and management to manage in-house projects and assignments. Design and specify Process Automation System and its logic configuration. Scope also includes some specification of valves and field instrumentation.  25 %: Provide project engineering functions for the Controls aspect of the projects. Develop technical specifications for DCS & HMI systems. Oversee vendors, consultants, contractors for capital projects implementation.  Interface with engineering contractor and other functional teams on the project with regard to Control related issues. 15-20 %: Provide Commissioning, Validation and Startup Support:  For commissioning, installation, and startup of the plant projects. Candidate Must Have:  B.S. degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical or Controls Systems). Total of 5 – 15 years of professional experience. Significant hands-on process / control system programming with DCS/PLC/HMI, in the process and chemical manufacturing industry. Significant experience executing process control projects for the chemical manufacturing industry. Excellent people, project and team skills. Candidate-Nice to Have:    Experience in the specialty Industrial Gas industry. Experience with SIEMENS DCS - PCS7, Safety System, and HMI is a big plus.
