Sr. Marketing Manager, Contract Manufacturing Services

This position supports the BioPharma Solutions business an SBU within the Medication Delivery business (~$4B in Sales).

This position will be the global marketing and business lead for the Contract Manufacturing business in Bloomington, Indiana. Responsible for developing and executing marketing & business activities required to exceed business unit revenue & profit objectives.

Essential duties and responsibilities include: Establishes and maintains a leading competitive position through identification and implementation of new business opportunities. Develops marketing promotional and communication programs and works closely with Business Development team to assure successful execution at a customer level Understand customer and market dynamics and trends in order to develop differentiated offerings to solve unmet customer needs Provides mid-long term product sales forecasts for use in operational/production planning, working closely with Business development & Program Management teams. Lead and implement Long Range Planning. Provides marketing support at conventions, client meetings, workshops, and other specific marketing functions. Effectively communicate business priorities to all functional areas within the organization to ensure goals are met.

QUALIFICATIONS:



Job Requirements: Extensive healthcare business knowledge including finance, sales, marketing, and operations Solid problem structuring and solving skills including quantitative and qualitative assessment skills, critical thinking skills, and ability to constructively challenge ideas and assumptions People and team leadership skills, including management of indirect people Ability to facilitate/manage in a matrix environment Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills

Education/Experiences: Bachelor's degree required; MBA in marketing, business, or finance/accounting preferred Five to seven years experience in marketing in the health-care/pharma industry
