The role will serve as the Finance Head for a specific business unit within the organization. This role will be key in providing strategy and thought leadership to make a specific business unit very successful. The Director will work within a matrix organization and will focus on growing revenues, profitably, and leading strategy, forecasting and budget processes within this key business line. The primary opportunity for this role will be to focus on a recent acquisition and bring that part of the organization into existing financial systems and processes.   Key Responsibilities encompass all aspects of Financial Reporting and include the following: Monthly, quarterly and annual management reporting consistent with GAAP to Corporate Headquarters Quarterly forecasts Annual budget Communication of the financial performance of business line to the Management Committee, Business Line CFO and CEO including analysis of risks and opportunities and recommended actions Assisting and guiding business in transition to PeopleSoft Financial System Development and maintenance of business unit key financial and operational performance metrics Provide analysis and advice to Leadership team regarding customer contract terms, including pricing, operational productivity improvement and overhead spend levels.If you are seeking a challenging role in Finance, have the leadership ability to work independently and as part of a larger team, are comfortable taking accountability, and like a fast paced, growing industry, please apply! Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university in related field 7 - 9 years related experience 3 or more years direct management experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience. CPA or equivalent professional accounting qualification preferred Knowledge of PeopleSoft Financials. Possess strong interpersonal and organizational skills. Possess strong analytical skills. Possess strong, spreadsheet, and other related computer skills. Possess/obtain strong and up to date knowledge of US GAAP. Ability to lead and motivate a global team.
