Sr. COBOL / DB2 Programmer Analyst - HEALTHCARE / MEDICARE / MEDICAID - Baltimore MD
We have a need for a Senior COBOL/DB2 Programmer/Analyst, for a Healthcare ( Medicare, Medicaid) project in Baltimore MD(near Linthicum MD), the duration is LONG TERM, Multiple Year Project. Please respond promptly if interested!
Title: "Senior COBOL/DB2 Programmer/Analyst"
The ideal candidate will have experience in most of the following:
- Minimum of 10 years SOLID experience in COBOL/DB2 programming
- Strong analysis and design capabilities with DB2 experience
- Developing new COBOL/DB2 programs
- Maintaining existing COBOL/DB2 programs
- IBM 3090 OS/MVS COBOL II (Mainframe)
- DB2, QMF, SPUFI, BMC Utilities
- VSAM File
- Mainframe JCL
- Mainframe TSO/ISPF
- Mainframe Utilities (Fileaid, IEFBR14, IEBGENER)
- Endevor Librarian programs migration
- Testing (Unit, System, Integration, Regression)
- Analysis, documentation and present test results
- Quality Assurance (QA)
- Requirement gathering, Analysis and documentation
- Customer Interface (discuss business requirements, present test results)
- Flow charting of process and program flows
