DePuy, Inc. - Develops and markets products under DePuy Orthopaedics, Inc., DePuy Spine, Inc., Codman && Shurtleff, Inc. and DePuy Mitek. Among these are products for reconstructing damaged or diseased joints; repairing and reconstructing traumatic skeletal injuries; facilitating the treatment of spinal disorders and deformity; surgical treatment of neurological and central nervous system disorders, and sports medicine devices for the treatment of soft tissue injuries. DePuy has three main locations: Warsaw IN, Raynham Ma and Leeds, UK. DePuy is one of the largest businesses within Johnson && Johnson. The Sr. Business Analyst will publish inventory budgets for assigned territories and areas including recommendations for improved management of total inventory within each account.Additionally the candidate will perform inventory reconciliation for assigned areas following physical audits. Review results with distributor Principals and Territory Representatives with subsequent recommendations for promoting increased inventory efficiency. Responsibilities will also include, interaction with Area Sales Management and Marketing to ensure consignment inventory needs are consistent with current business conditions and finished goods inventory levels.Collaborate with Area Sales Management and Distributor Principals regarding inventory levels and understanding of company-wide objectives on inventory productivity.The incumbent will participate in product launch planning and provide feedback regarding inventory build as well as product launch logistics and develop and provide detailed analysis that will assist internal and external business partners to understand the relationship between consigned inventory and sales forecasts, as well as enable various project teams to appropriate plan for inventory activities related to their projects. The analyst will attend sales management meetings to provide periodic inventory updates and current Field Inventory objectives. BS degree required. (Accounting/Finance and /or MBA preferred) A Minimum of three years of business experience is required (auditing experience preferred). Experience with JDEdwards or another ERP system is preferred. Previous experience in demonstrated formal presentation skills to upper levels of management required. Candidate must have demonstrated excellent communication skills (verbal and written) and display proficiency in EXCEL and related software packages. Upto 15% travel required.
