We are looking for Sales Reps and Sales Associates in the Los Angeles, Santa Barbara, and San Luis Obispo Area.
Job Description:
The job is an entry level position working with Orthopedic Spine surgeons on the proper use and efficiency of our instrumentation and implants

Skills/Qualifications:
We are looking for outgoing, aggressive and discipline people with a college degree.
Sales Rep qualifications: 2-4 yrs of outside sales exp. w/success ie. President's Club, Quota Busters, MVP 2-4 yrs of Medical Experience
Sales Associate qualifications: 2-4 yrs of sales experience (@preferable a Fortune 500 company)
Duties:
* Services hospitals and doctor's office's, attend surgery, and establish new business
* Focuses sales efforts by studying existing and potential volume of dealers.
* Submits orders by referring to price lists and product literature.
* Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analysis.
* Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, merchandizing techniques, etc.
* Recommends changes in products, service, and policy by evaluating results and competitive developments.
* Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.* Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
