Please note that this position is reseved solely for candidates who have recently graduated with a Bachelor's or Master's degree. Candidates who have attained one of these degrees prior to September 2007 will not be eligible for this position. Ethicon Endo-Surgery, Inc. As an Associate Sales Rep, you will support a region by aiding in the expansion of the sales of Ethicon Endo-Surgery's medical products and to convert competitive products in a manner that is commensurate with company policy and sales direction.In this role, the Associate Sales Rep will be trained to understand and demonstrate proper surgical use of our products to physicians. The ASR will also need to demonstrate the ability to handle customer product questions and objections in a way that is consistent with sales training methodology. Additionally, the ASR will be expected to execute the selling cycle in a manner that is concise, professional, ethical and persuasive and which leads the customer to action.
