IROKO, a growing global pharmaceuticals company headquartered in Philadelphia, PA, seeks an experienced individual for third-party manufacturing sites worldwide. You will be responsible for achieving metrics detailed by strategic imperatives as related to LIFR, Compliance, Cost, DOS, Sales and Launch goals.

Duties will include:

1.  Negotiate, develop and manage multi-disciplined contracts. Track and manage business results and broadly share those results. Use vision to steer external partners to meet developing IROKO requirements.
2.  Lead global, cross company, multi-discipline teams to execute supply strategies for 3rd party manufactured products to meet company financial, speed to market and continuous supply goals.
3.  Manage new drug product launches and line extensions at global 3rd party manufacturers in support of IROKO Marketing.
4.  Responsible for initial and periodic strategic analysis of 3rd party overall process capabilities (financial, technical, compliance, and safety) to minimize risk to the supply chain and long term supply.
5.  Partner and collaborate with other non – IROKO companies, Process Owners, Vice Presidents, General Managers, and supplier senior management regarding strategy, decision making, issue resolution, and process improvements.
6.  Identify and deliver CIP’s or cost avoidance that result in lower unit cost.Â
7.  Identify opportunities to gain volume leverage, cost effectiveness and reduce complexity.
8.  Support New Product launches and coordinate, manage PAI, Tech Transfer and other launch requirements at site.
9.  Assure/secure appropriate resources for effective coordination within the Supply Chain in order to demonstrate excellence in quality, cost, and customer service.
10. Maintain primary points of contact for Supply Chain and stakeholders. Provide regular updates to senior management, as needed.
11. Support a Supplier Development program that leverages spending performance of the supply chains.
12. Manage packaging changes and brand extensions with contract manufacturers.
13. Always maintain a sense of urgency to ensure continuity of product supply.

Candidates must have:
•                    A BA/BS in Science, Engineering or related field
•                    A minimum of 7 years progressively-responsible experience The ability to travel 20% of the time
•                    Demonstrated ability to work well in dynamic, fast-paced, team environment.
 Salary range: upper $70's+ and bonus opportunities.
