Position Description:

Job duties will include:* Will maintain and repair Illumina equipment and other brands if required at customer site, * Proactively schedule and perform preventative maintenance, * Trouble-shoot customer reported problems, * Proactively monitor, schedule, and prioritize tasks to maximize customer satisfaction, * Manage a queue of calls to ensure that customer is contacted within the established guidelines, and that incidents are closed in a quality manner within the established guidelines, * Manage parts, tools and administrative duties, * Build and help strengthen strong customer relationships, * Plan and perform equipment upgrades and new installations, * Required to work weekend schedule as needed and overtime, * Will be responsible for editing, writing and modifying Service and Training manuals, Field Service Bulletins, and SOPsRequirements:Familiar with Field Services tasks (installation, repair, and preventive maintenance), support Field Service engineers with their need on tools and spare parts, responsible to organize Field Service training lab and Field Service spare parts depot, responsible to repair and implement the PM on all In-house instruments.*Strong Technical writing background emphasizes on writing and modifying Service Manual, Service installation, Training manuals, Field Service Bulletins, and SOPs. Possibilities of Overtimes (weekends and after hours).
