The Methods and Tools team is chartered to integrate leading practices and standards in the use of Deloitte's various methods and tools.  The organization is based on a matrix, where shared service functions will leverage expertise across different method products.  This position will support the quality and standards for the PMM method.   Key Relationships/Interactions: This position reports to the PMM Method Coaches and Quality Lead.   Specific Responsibilities: Assist with the quality thread Support users of the method by offering assistance and guidance on the method Collects and analyze data to evaluate existing and potential areas to promote methods and tools associated with the method Analyze research data, particularly quantitative survey data Provide recommendations to improve the quality and effectiveness of method Participate in group meetings with leadership, advisory committee, andservice area SME's regarding quality and standards on the method. Skills/Knowledge/Experience: 2 - 4 years experience in consulting or related fields, 4-year degree in business, marketing, or related field Experience in project management Ability to work independently while receiving direction from multiple leadership areas Knowledge and experience in marking and/or branding Ability to learn Deloitte Resources content management system and be an active user of various technologies Strong written and verbal communications skills Strong software skills in PowerPoint, Visio, and Word Strong organizational skills Ability to think creatively Ability to meet deadlines while working on multiple initiatives Fluent English language skills Good conceptual skills Good organizational skills Experience working with global teamsAbility to travel up to 25%About DeloitteDeloitte refers to one or more of Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu, a Swiss Verein, and its network of member firms, each of which is a legally separate and independent entity.
