The Methods and Tools team is chartered to integrate leading practices and standards in the use of Deloitte's various methods and tools.  The organization is based on a matrix, where shared service functions will leverage expertise across different method products.  This position will support initiatives for standards, imagining, and messaging of the methods and tools.   Key Relationships/Interactions:This position reports to the Imaging and Messaging Lead and also receives direction from Product Managers.    Specific Responsibilities: Support initiatives that are in line with the imaging and messaging strategy Assist with updates and development of estimation tools for various methods Provide input on development on procedures for developing quality deliverables and processes that are aligned with the initiatives of the team Collects and analyze data to evaluate existing and potential areas to promote multiple methods and tools Analyze research data, particularly quantitative survey data Provide recommendations to improve the quality and effectiveness of various methods and tools Participate in group meetings with leadership, advisory committee, and service area SME's regarding quality and standards on methodsSkills/Knowledge/Experience: §         2 - 4 years experience in consulting or related fields, 4-year degree in business, marketing, or related field §         Ability to work independently while receiving direction from multiple leadership areas §         Knowledge and experience in marking and/or branding §         Ability to learn Deloitte Resources content management system and be an active user of various technologies §         Strong written and verbal communications skills §         Strong software skills in PowerPoint, Visio, and Word §         Strong organizational skills §         Ability to think creatively §         Ability to meet deadlines while working on multiple initiatives §         Fluent English language skills §         Good conceptual skills §         Good organizational skills §         Experience working with global teams §         Ability to travel up to 25%About DeloitteDeloitte refers to one or more of Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu, a Swiss Verein, and its network of member firms, each of which is a legally separate and independent entity.
