Service Operations Administrator (Customer Service)
Sanyo Scientific is a global provider of scientific equipment used in research, clinical, medical, and laboratory applications. We have an exciting opportunity for an individual with strong organizational skills and a customer support mentality.

Responsibilities:
 Manage the spare parts ordering process including parts order entry, stock level management, and logistics coordination Coordinate and supervise all field service activities for our biomedical and automation product lines from initial contact to call completion and follow-up  Assist independent service representatives in acquiring parts and technical information as required Schedule and coordinate accessory installations for expedient delivery of new products Act as liaison between customers, service partners, and Sanyo engineers Initiate service orders for customers requiring on-site repairs Prepare reports and other duties as assigned

Qualifications:
 Experience in customer service and/or technical product support experience Computer literate; experience with SAP preferred Strong drive to achieve customer satisfaction through good follow-up and closure procedures Good phone skills and professionalism Must be an organized individual with a teamwork mentality
