As an Senior Technical Trainer, you will provide hands on training to across multiple sites to support Covance’s Bioanalytical operations business. Specific responsibilities for this key position include: Developing and implementing effective and consistent training programs in order to maintain our high quality Identifying and recommending opportunities for process improvements Implementing and maintaining a common training record and monitoring system across multiple locations Continuing to assess the need for updates and modifications to our training programs and making needed changes over time The minimum education, experience and qualifications for the Senior Clinical Trainer position include: BS/BA degree and minimum 5 years related experience Solid working knowledge of laboratory operations Knowledge of key Federal Regulations (i.e. GLP) Strong communication and presentation skills Ability to work independently as well as within a team environmentAt Covance, we help make the miracles of medicine a reality.
