Johnson && Johnson Sales and Logistics Company, LLC, a member of Johnson && Johnson's Family of Companies, is recruiting for a Senior Supply Analyst, to be located in Skillman, NJ. The Senior Supply Analyst is the direct communication and facilitation link between and within the Sales and Logistics Company (SLC) and the individual Operating Company regarding tactical and project initiatives. The Senior Supply Analyst will balance the individual Operating Company's goals and objectives with SLC capabilities and customer-focused objectives. This individual will lead and facilitate SLC New Product Launch Teams and provide options to achieve launch goals while optimizing logistics costs. The Senior Supply Analyst will provide strategic and technical support for product launches, closeouts, and Trade Marketing requests. This person will communicate and manage Operating Company Scorecard metrics in coordination with Operating Companies and Finance to drive service and cost improvements. The Senior Supply Analyst will track and hold the Operating Company's accountable to Distribution metrics (Pallet Forecast, Non-Working Inventory) in order to facilitate effective Distribution Center space management. The individual will also lead cross-functional -GBU project management efforts on cost improvement and supply chain optimization. A Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of three years supply chain, operations, and/or purchasing experience is required. Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Power Point is required. Experience with Microsoft Access and/or SAP is preferred. Experience with Six Sigma/Process Excel lence tools, training and/or certification is preferred. Project management experience is preferred. Candidates must have the ability to manage multiple priorities successfully and work independently while demonstrating initiative and strong analytical savvy. Individual must work well in a dynamic environment and be able to recommend and implement process improvements and handle multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent communication skills and demonstrated leadership experience is required. The successful candidate must have the ability to develop and maintain strong inter-company and inter-department relationships. The qualified candidate must be willing and able to work in Skillman, NJ. In addition, the successful candidate must be willing to travel up to 15% of the time domestically.
