Senior Research and Development Formulator
FDA/GMP dietary supplement manufacturer seeks Senior Research and Development Formulator to develop liquid nutraceuticals. You must have a MS or higher in Chemistry, Food Chemistry or Food Science and 5 years experience formulating liquids. Knowledge of flavors, colors, preservatives, CFR and DSHEA a must. Your responsibilities will include researching and formulating liquid supplements for domestic and international markets, testing and validating flavor, color and preservative systems, and assisting Marketing, Purchasing, Quality and Production in new product launches.Â
We are located in the Northwest corner of Washington state. Our facility is located in Ferndale, one of the great communities that make up Whatcom County. We are about 89 miles north of Seattle and 60 miles south of Vancouver, BC, Canada. Beautiful Mt. Baker is to the east of us where you can hike in the summer and ski in the winter. To the west are the extensive San Juan Islands to explore. Bellingham Bay is a water paradise for sailing, fishing, kayaking, or power boats.Â
