Senior Quality Engineer

This position will report into a manufacturing team to maintain compliance. Provide engineering support directly to manufacturing product team in the maintenance of company's quality systems. Coordinate the multi-department reporting, analysis, and resolution of material non-conformance incidences.Lead efforts and work with Supervisors/Coordinators/Technicians in review and revision of departmental SOPs and batch records. Participate in Material Review Board meetings. Develop programs to track, prioritize, and drive efforts to correct deviations and process and equipment issue root causes. Develop programs to track yields and reduce reprocessing, rework, and reject rates.Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Science required.5 plus years Quality Assurance or related experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing environment with strong understanding of and exposure to applicable quality systems. Experience in design and implementation of quality systems, evaluation of products regulated by the FDA in a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.Working knowledge of cGMP guidelines and their application in an aseptic environment.Adaptability to quickly changing situations.Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
