Senior Medical Writer

AlphaBioCom is an expanding, stimulating, and enthusiastic leader in healthcare, medical writing and medical communications. We are currently a Senior Medical Writer to join our outstanding, energetic team. This is a unique opportunity to work on some of the most inspiring and interesting pharmaceutical products and technologies within the medical field.

 

As a member of our team you would be responsible for researching, writing, and editing manuscripts, abstracts, slide presentations, and posters. You will also be involved in developing scientific content for advisory boards and symposia. Additional responsibilities will include working with and guiding development of medical writers, attending client meetings, and assisting in meeting client expectations. Qualifications include:

  MD, PhD or PharmD and at least 2 to 3 years of medical writing experience with a medical writing company Ability to independently write and edit scientific manuscripts, abstracts, posters, and training materials Excellent verbal communication skills Demonstrate outstanding organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines Understanding of the AMA writing style Team player with a detail-oriented work ethic Possess knowledge in any of the following therapeutic areas: vaccines, oncology, gastrointestinal, respiratory, or cardiology
