Primary Objective of Position:

 

Responsible for the US tax reporting activities, including accounting for income taxes (FAS 109).

 

Responsibilities:

 Quarterly and annual US tax provisions - 60%Footnote and disclosure information for Form 20-F and annual reports per US GAAP and IFRS - 10%FAS 123R - 5%FIN 48 - 10%SOX testing - 5%Technical tax briefings to the department on income tax accounting 5%Other 5%



Requirements:

 BS Accounting, CPA.Minimum 10 years, preferably a mix of public accounting and industry.Strong analytical skills.Presents information and ideas clearly and concisely.Energetic and can perform well under pressure.Able to build and maintain rapport.Exercises good judgment and demonstrates creativity.
