We are looking for a high-level, independent thinker with experience in energy-based thermotherapy. This person will be a senior scientist who will report directly to officers in the organization. The company is a development stage, technology-driven, medical device company located in the Boston area. This individual will be the lead research person for a microwave-based ablation system to be used in an ophthalmic procedure. Both the CEO and the officer this position reports to are PhDs from an esteemed institution that pioneered this technology. Energy-based heating of tissues is a must, microwave specifically is a plus.
