We work with “best in breed” Laboratory Informatics software products to provide total solutions for our biotech and pharmaceutical clients. LabAnswer is expert in architecting, configuring, deploying, validating and supporting laboratory systems. These systems include LIMS, CDS, Scientific Content Management Systems and Electronic Lab Notebooks.
As a LabAnswer consultant you will be exposed to the technologies and processes that many leading US companies utilize. We offer a generous compensation package consisting of salary, bonuses and benefits. But LabAnswer is not for everyone, our customers are located all over the US, which means you need to plan to travel at least 50% of the time. Our consultants can live in any city with a major airport and access to broadband services. In addition you can work from home when you are not traveling.
Analysts Duties: Work with business to identify data needs in new LIMS system Provide strategic direction to the IT, Scientific, and Management teams based on combination of industry and technical knowledgeDefine data migration requirements Create and maintain SDLC documentation Work with Development team to implement and test accuracy and completeness of data migration Contribute in all areas of system implementation including but not limited to vendor interaction, system compatibility, change control, qualification, deployment, and trainingWork with project teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements such as FDA, CAP, CLIA, as well as internal policies and processesIdentify the optimum combination of applications that meet the requirements of disparate laboratory and business functions
A qualified candidate will possess: Excellent verbal and written communication skillsDemonstrated experience implementing enterprise data capture/management technologies Ability to contribute to multiple projects for different business stakeholders Experience implementing technology under a defined corporate and compliant methodologyExpert understanding of computer and application architecture and technologyStrong analytical and problem solving skills
Education:
Bachelor Degree in a related discipline and five+ years of systems implementation and analysis experience. Emphasis should be on laboratory tools for R&D or Quality groups of an FDA regulated environment.
