Senior End User Services DirectorPosition Reference Code MLI_09_000946 Mylan is a world leader in providing consumers with an extensive line of high-quality, affordable, and effective pharmaceutical products in a variety of traditional and innovative dosage forms. In this key role for the Global Technology Services team, the Director will lead the strategic direction and delivery of IT infrastructure support services globally, regionally, and locally. This includes oversight of the IT Service Centers, desktop and desk side technical support operations, end user education and training initiatives, equipment (desktop computers, printers, laptops, Blackberry devices, mobile phones, etc.) distribution services, and applications support. In addition, the Director will be responsible for critical decisions involving enterprise client management systems like Altiris, Active Directory, and Remedy Support Management Software. It is important that the Director maintain the flow of information to the end user community, especially where dynamic or new company initiatives affect the Mylan end users.  This position requires a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science or a related technology-related field and a minimum of 12 years experience or a Master of Science/Master of Business Administration with a minimum of 10 years experience. However, a combination of experience and/or education will be taken into consideration. The successful candidate must possess knowledge of the tools, metrics and how they apply, processes, client management, communications skills and business acumen to successfully deliver Infrastructure Services Delivery globally. Specific knowledge of Lotus Notes e-mail package, Microsoft Office Products, Altiris Desktop Management Suite, Blackberry Enterprise Application, and REMEDY Help Desk Package is beneficial.  Candidates must have leadership experience in skill development, team coaching, technical training, and end user support.
